    AEM is a leading global provider of high quality molybdenum sheet products. AEM offers a wide range of cold rolled sheet product in varying thickness and length and per customer request. As with all of our materials, our sheet begins as metal powder, is pressed into ingots, sintered, and then rolled. The process enables us to tailor the product to meet specific material and performance requirements to ensure optimal performance in your application.

    Material: Mo-1, Mo-2, >99.95%; Mo-La (0.2% – 1% La)
    Density: >10.20g/cc

    Application:

    Molybdenum sheet is primarily used as heating shield, heating component, electric light and vacuum component, vacuum electronic device, electronic component, irregular part.

    Specification:

    Molybdenum rod is manufactured as random length pieces or cut to customers’ desired lengths in diameters ranging from 0.080 inches to 6.00 inches. Below are most of the standard sizes. If you do not see the size of molybdenum rod that you require, please feel free to contact us.

    Surface condition:

    Black Surface – Surface is “as swaged” or “as drawn”; retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
    Cleaned Surface – Surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
    Ground Surface – Surface is center-less ground to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control

    Surface treatment:.

    Surface can be supplied in a shiny, matte, satin, or as-rolled condition, depends upon thickness and width parameters.

    Heat treatment:

    Molybdenum flat products are rolled and annealed to provide the optimum condition for the desired end use.
